Delete my account

You can delete your Glowbe account at any time, free of charge, with no need to give a reason. There are two ways to do it:

In the app

Open Glowbe and go to the Me tab.
Tap Delete my account.
Confirm. It's done, right away.

Without the app, by email

If you no longer have the app or your phone, write to bonjour@glowbe.fr from your account's email address, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete your account within 30 days at most, and confirm by email once it's done.

If you write from another address, we will ask you to confirm from your account's address: this prevents someone else from deleting your account.

What is deleted

your account (first name, email address, password, language);
all your dreams, with their places and dates;
all your memories: photos and notes, including the ones you had made visible to “Everyone”.

Everything is permanently erased, backups included, within 30 days of your request at the latest. Nothing is kept: once the account is deleted, it cannot be recovered.

The only exception: a dream that another user had added to their own list with “Me too!” stays in their list, because it has become theirs. It contains neither your name, nor your photo, nor your note.
